Grateful Patient

Mountain States Foundation's "Grateful Patient" program is designed to offer patients, as well as their friends and families, a way to say "Thank You" while making a difference to other patients at the same time.

Often it's a simple gesture that renews your spirit and gives you the hope you need to heal when you are sick. Sometimes it's a heroic battle undertaken by a healthcare provider to save your life. Whatever the situation, you might be wondering how to show your gratitude for a caregiver's compassion in yourMSHA Grateful Patient Program
time of need.

By donating to Mountain States Foundation through the "Grateful Patient" program, you are helping other patients by contributing to technological innovations, continuing education for caregivers and other improvements to Mountain States Health Alliance facilities.

In addition, you are giving Mountain States caregivers a spiritual boost by acknowledging the gesture that went "above and beyond" the call of duty. The caregiver will also receive formal recognition in the form of a pin that can be worn on his or her ID badge or lapel. Regardless of whether your gift goes to improve oncology, cardiology, women's services, diagnostic imaging, emergency or any of our other areas, you will be making a difference in the lives of patients just like you or your loved one.

Your donation will help maintain the level of care that the residents of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and beyond have come to expect from Mountain States Health Alliance.

Our Foundation is based on the principle that one of the greatest gifts in life is health. We invite you to "change lives through giving" by returning the donation form attached to  the brochure. Thank you in advance for your kind gift of appreciation.
