Taste of the Mountains
Taste of the Mountains raises $22,000 to help JCCH buy neo-natal incubator
The second annual Taste of the Mountains fundraising gala held on March 8 was a big hit, raising $22,000 to help the Johnson County Community Hospital Foundation purchase a neo-natal incubator for newborns who need extra support. The event included:
- silent and live auctions
- wine tasting
- a gourmet dinner provided by RedTail Mountain and desserts provided by local restaurants.
Guests to Taste of the Mountains were treated to a meal of appetizers, salad, a choice of Aged Beef Prime Rib or Herb-Roasted Quarter Chicken with “Shady Valley” Cranberries, sides of mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, green beans and homemade yeast rolls, and desserts from nine local restaurants/establishments.
